Jimmy joined our training team in 2009, having previously enjoyed success as an accomplished personal trainer at an elite fitness club in Dubai.
Seven years on and Jimmy is still as enthusiastic as ever to work his clients through their wish list of goals, via a specifically tailored programme. His specialist areas include weight loss, boxing, building stamina and posture improvement.
Combining effective exercise and nutritional advice, Jimmy encourages his clients to build on both physical and mental strength and thrives on seeing their confidence develop as a result.
Jimmy is a great match for those wanting to train effectively for a forthcoming endurance event and successfully gets many of our members through a Spartan Race and Tough Mudder, to name just a couple. His motivational training sessions are tough, but combined with the right level of fun to ensure clients end on a high. Harold has over 20 years of experience training and competing in both martial arts and boxing. He has travelled the world to study under the likes of Ricky Hatton and the Mayweathers, additionally training at the legendary 5th St. Gym – home of Muhammed Ali and ‘Sugar’ Ray Leonard.
Harold’s philosophy revolves around combining martial art and boxing methodology with modern day principles: strength; conditioning; nutrition and supplementation approaches.
An integral part of his approach is catering his process to the demands and goals of those he works with, in order to achieve what they set out for themselves. Every process is very individual and Harold works closely with his clients in order to create the best version of themselves.
Jay has eight years experience as a personal trainer and strength conditioning coach for sports teams.
He initially qualified as an exercise specialist with the Health and Fitness Professions Association in South Africa. Jay then moved on to coach strength and conditioning in schools - specializing in sports such as rugby, hockey, water polo and netball.
While enjoying success coaching in the educational field, Jay has also worked with a wide variety of clients including Paralympic swimmers and bodybuilding athletes.
In addition, Jay has solid experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and biokinetics - contributing to his development as a highly knowledgeable, well-rounded, personal trainer.
Kate knows that the gym can be an intimidating place for people starting out on a fitness regime. She understands that it takes a lot of bravery to make the first steps towards lifestyle change.
Using a combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and resistance work, Kate will help whip you into shape with her firm but gentle approach. She is an excellent listener and will tailor an exercise programme to your individual needs.

Dan became part of our training team in 2014 and in this short time has developed a deep and unquenchable passion for all things health and fitness.
His unrelenting enthusiasm provides his clients with an exemplary hands-on approach – with Dan giving each the necessary time, support and attention to achieve their personal goals. Whether it be weight management, muscle gain, body toning, postural correction or simply to gain confidence in the gym – Dan is a great motivator.
Dan has been actively involved in a wide genre of sports from a very young age - including gymnastics, weight-lifting, basketball, trampolining, boxing and athletic track and field events. Aside from personal training, Dan also takes our group outdoor boot camp and Swimsanity sessions.
Aside from his natural-born interest and enjoyment of exercise science, Dan’s main reason for being in the industry is that he loves working with people and finds personal training an incredibly rewarding career path.

Amanda's interest in the health of mind/body/spirit has drawn her to teach at the London Yoga Show and write regularly for yoga and fitness magazines as well as run yoga camps in Switzerland and Ibiza alongside her regular Personal Training and Yoga sessions.
Amanda has just won a first place title in her Diva Masters category as a Bikini Competitor at 42 years old so you know you’ll be in expert hands. She has also competed in / trained for the London and Half Marathons, Figure Skating (level 7), London to Brighton Bike Ride, Andes trekking in Peru, 5km and 10km races, surfing, equestrian and skiing, so can passionately guide you in a variety of your fitness aspirations.

Ben has extensive and comprehensive training in many different facets of yoga and hypnotherapy and trains teachers in Yoga Nidra, Advanced Yin Yoga and Breathing Sciences.
He lectures in 'Yoga & Clinical Psychology in Society' at Salomans, Christchurch Canterbury University at PhD level. However despite this, his real interest is helping people achieve the changes they’d like through unleashing their innate abilities and latent superpowers. In the words of Ben this promotes; "Better outcomes, more quickly, through using what’s most useful. Rapid, effective and easy to learn."
He is a founder member of Yoga 4 the NHS, which has been seen him speak at the House of Lords and House of Commons. He is himself a 'Circle Success Story', as he recovered from a serious illness right here. Determined to share what he has learned it was The Circle that set him on this path to "tell the others".
Kelly believes a strong core and supple body is essential to everyone’s fitness goals. With solid experience in a range of key exercise disciplines, including yoga and pilates - Kelly will truly work muscles you never knew you had.
She works closely with her clients to encourage them to attain a fully functioning body – taking note of physical and mental imbalances at the start of every session and adapting her approach accordingly.
As a mum of two young children, Kelly is especially empathetic to the challenges involved when committing to a training programme during pregnancy, or while managing a family. She is a great choice for women who need to find a flexible, but effective, solution for their training needs and will work hard to keep clients motivated while on the journey to reaching their fitness goals.
Kelly is currently training to be an osteopath and incorporates her knowledge into her sessions in an effort to treat any current issues a client is experiencing and prevent future health problems.
